I am the Practice Managers at BRR Law, joining the Firm in September 2018. Prior to this I worked for one of the major high street banks as a Branch Manager for 17 years. My time in that role has provided me with a vast amount of experience in managing staff, finances and regulatory requirements.
My role here is extremely diverse and fast paced with a wealth of wide ranging day to day responsibilities, which I enjoying immensely. I work alongside our Consultant Patrick King and together we ensure the practice runs smoothly, efficiently and within all of our regulatory standards. I deal with all the day to day aspects of the practice, including Human Resources, Compliance, Quality Standards and management of our Legal aid contract. This leaves our Solicitors free to concentrate on providing excellent service and the highest standards of Legal advice to our clients.
Maintaining our quality standards, managing a busy office and making time to ensure that the staff are happy in their roles is very demanding but also extremely rewarding. I want all of our staff to enjoy coming to work and I support and encourage them all to achieve their goals.
I am excited to be part of an organisation that prides itself on delivering outstanding Customer Care at every level, and ensuring that we maintain such a high standard.
Outside of work my spare time is spent with my husband and son, normally running him from one club to another, with friends and family.
