BRR Law are offering the opportunity to Law students to undertake a work placement at our firm. We’re dedicated to investing in training, learning and development; this Placement Scheme is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience of working in a law firm and is not to be missed. We specialise in Conveyancing (residential and commercial), Employment, Family, Personal Injury and Wills & Probate. If you’re looking to get into any of these areas of law then our Placement Scheme is ideal for you.
When is the placement?
It will take place throughout the year to coincide with the University holidays, dates will be advised closer to the time.
Where is the placement?
The Office is situated on Laneham Street, a short walk from the train station and town centre. There is a public car park at the back of the office.
What to wear?
The dress code is smart office attire; you will be working with other solicitors and may meet some clients so making a good impression is key.
What will I be doing?
There will be an opportunity for you to spend time in all of our departments to gain as much experience as possible. Tasks will include drafting, writing letters, research, observing at court and sitting in on client appointments.
