I joined BRR Law in the year 2000 just to cover maternity leave, but still find myself here some 20 years later!
In my early career I gained an Acting Diploma at drama school (A.L.A.M.) I went on to train with a major hotel brand where I worked for many years including the Head Office in London.
It was lovely to be nominated as Reception Champion in 2014 for playing a part in team initiatives aimed at creating a first class customer experience.
I am conscious as part of the reception team I am responsible for the first and last impression a client has of the business, so I am always professional and friendly. I like to go the extra mile just as if it were my own company. I quickly identify a customer’s needs and make sure they are dealt with effectively.
When I am not at BRR Law I teach drama in Primary School and run my own children’s Saturday drama class. For this reason my work colleagues call me ‘Miss Jeannie’.
