I am an Associate Solicitor based in the Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Department.
I have been acting for Personal Injury clients since 2009 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015. I joined BRR Law in April 2021.
I specialise in Clinical Negligence claims, including:
- Surgical errors, including orthopaedic surgery cases, such as hip and knee replacements. I also have a particular interest in claims involving colorectal surgery and gallbladder removals.
- GP negligence.
- Fatal injury, including claims where the patient has died due to clinical negligence leaving a spouse and children.
- Dental and oral surgery.
- Oncology, including delays in diagnosing and treating cancer.
- Nursing errors.
