You may qualify for free advice, funded by a government scheme, to assist with your family matter. In order to assess whether you are eligible, please provide at your first appointment, up to date proof of the following:

• Your income and your partner’s income
• Benefits which you are in receipt of (including child benefit and tax credits)*
• Mortgage or rent payments (bank statement, rent book or a letter
  from your landlord)
• Capital, savings or investments of you and your partner
  (passbook, statements etc).
