Advice Service at a fixed cost which will ensure that you always have
access to high quality advice from local experts familiar with the
needs of your business.
What is included?
- The Advice Service can be used in respect of any Employment Advice
required. This is not restricted to telephone advice as we are happy
to see our clients face to face. You can visit us at our offices
on Laneham Street, Scunthorpe or we can come and see you at your
place of business.
- There is no restriction on the number of times
you use the service or on the duration of any one appointment.
- The Advice Service includes provision of Contracts of Employment
and an
Employee Handbook.
- Employment updates and newsletters are also provided as part of
the Advice Service.
- The Advice Service will be operational during the hours of 8.30am
and 5.30pm-Monday to Friday.
What is excluded?
- Advice in relation to the transfer of an
undertaking.
- Work done after the issue of Employment Tribunal
proceedings.
- This work will be charged at a rate agreed
between you and us.
Optional Insurance
In addition to the advice service we are also able to offer
you the option of an insurance policy. This insurance policy:-
- Covers the legal costs of employment tribunal proceedings.
- Covers Employment Tribunal awards If the case is lost.
